50 years in the making with a proud pedigree and history the evolution of the Recruitment Center Philippines is a story worth sharing.
Originally known as the Veterans Overseas Placement Corporation (VOPC) the company was founded in the mid seventies by the liberator of Abra and Ilocos Norte, Philippines war hero and Uncle of both late Presidents Marcos and President Ramos, Congressman Simeon Marcos Valdez.
