A significant advancement in international education and professional upskilling has been achieved through the growing collaboration between Australia and the Philippines. The International Institute of Business Professionals (IIBP), in partnership with the Asia Pacific Education Group Pty Ltd (APEG) and University of Makati (UMak), continues to champion accessible, industry-aligned micro-credential programs that empower learners across the region.
This commitment was further strengthened with the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between APEG and the University of Makati—a development that reinforces cross-border cooperation in education, training, and professional growth.
At the center of this milestone is the University of Makati delegation, led by University President Elyxzur Ramos, who was awarded certificates of attainment for completing various IIBP micro-credential programs. These programs are designed to equip professionals with practical, globally relevant skills that enhance employability, leadership capability, and industry readiness.
In addition to their program completions, the UMak delegation received membership certifications from both IIBP and APEG, recognizing their commitment to continuous learning and international professional engagement. These achievements reflect UMak’s strong dedication to fostering a culture of excellence, lifelong learning, and global academic collaboration.
IIBP’s micro-credential framework—built on flexibility, relevance, and industry alignment—continues to open doors for professionals seeking to upgrade their skills in a rapidly changing world. Through growing partnerships like this, IIBP reaffirms its mission to make quality professional development accessible to all.
