Asia Pacific Education Group Chairman Nicholas Louis Kirke attended the 2025 National TVET Conference held in Novotel, Quezon City, together with APEG President Terry O’Hanlon-Rose and Executive Secretary Dane Garcia. During the event, they met with TESDA Deputy Director General for TESD Operations Vidal Villanueva III and institutional leaders of the Unified TVET of the Philippines (UniTVET).
The 2025 National TVET Conference, initiated by UniTVET in collaboration with the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities (PACU) and the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC), with the invaluable support of the Asia Pacific Education Group, seeks to explore how TVET systems can be enhanced to meet the demands of a globalized and interconnected world.
The conference, under the theme “Future-Ready TVET: Seamless, Inclusive, and Borderless Skills,” gathered key stakeholders from government, industry, and education to discuss pressing issues, exchange innovative approaches, and foster the development of policies and collaborations that will shape the future of TVET both in the Philippines and globally.
