Dr. Terry O’Hanlon Rose, President of the Asia Pacific Education Group, delivered a compelling keynote address at the 2025 National TVET Conference, hosted by the Unified TVET of the Philippines (UniTVET) in collaboration with the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities (PACU) and the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC).
